I brought my car in because I began experiencing high speed vibrations. I suspected that one or two of my tires was off balance. I had purchased my tires at the Pearlridge location in late 2015. I was talked as a walkIn and I requested that they Balance and rotate my tires. The work was performed in a timely manner and at NO CHARGE. When I got to my car to leave, I was surprised to find my tire lug lock key attached to my left front tire and the mechanics protection paper still on the floorboard. No biggie, after all it was free! What I really was concerned about was that I drove my car today on the freeway and I still have vibrations at high speeds. I will be bring my car back next week.

Made appointment to fix car with run flat. Got there on time and was told they did not have the equipment to fix my tire... So much for service....

Two appointments scheduled for two different cars: 1. 2014 KIA Oil Change & Safety Check 1130 Appointment: finished at 1315. 2. 2005 Nissan Quest Oil Change Only 1330 Appointment: Did not get done 1551. Why does an oil change take over an hour to do especially when you have an appointment? Recommendation: Have first come-first served: Walk-ins. Why did my Nissan have to wait until the other walk-ins were taken cared of? I understood staffing was mentioned as an excuse; why wasn't I told of the delay? I had to check the counter to find out that my 1330 Oil Change after an hour that it was still not the next car to be serviced? I would not recommend this location to anyone. Got email notice time to rotate tires. Stopped in on 26 May because I was driving by and decided to chance a walk in. Was told there would be a 2 hr. Wait so I asked to make an appointment for Sat 27 May. Receptionist told me I could come in at 1130. I asked how much it would be and was told free if I bought tires there. I explained I did not but that Lex Brodie put the new tires on my rims, balanced them, and did a front end alignment. So she said it would cost $20. Went for the rotation and was told because they were 32" tires it would cost the "special" rate of $136! Now I can understand a price increase but to go from $20 to $ 136 is ridiculous. 7 times the quote! Are there no men at the shop that can lift those tires? I am 60 and can lift them so why the big difference in price? Seems to me people at Lex are afraid to work for a living and if there is a little effort involved with unreasonable costs. At any rate I wasted my morning for nothing. Now I will have to look else where or do it myself. Never again!

Very polite and professional. Worked hard to find me the best bargain for tires. Finished an hour earlier than I was told. Really appreciate the workers and their service!
