Great customer service. Took me in at my appointment time and repaired a leak in my tire. They checked all four tires and even shined them up. Thank you Lex Brodies for the great service you instill in your employees.

Made an appointment to fix a simple slow tire leak. Got there 5 mins. before appointment. An hour later, still was not worked on. What's the sense of making an appointment? Once worked on, found puncture right away and fixed it. In total, though, I was there an hour and a half -- I'm not sure if it makes a difference to make an appointment or not.

Very friendly staff. Vehicle was ready at the time promised. They were willing to wait for me when I called to say I would be 15 minutes late---with NO ATTITUDE! These guys are awesome!

Very accomodating and excellent service

My Hyundai was towed from Mapunapuna to Lex Brodie Kalihi because of a flat tire. The reason that it was towed is that the car does not have a spare. It was about 1:15pm when I got there. There were two people at the desk, both busy, but in a few minutes, the were able to check me in and go to the car and determine what needed to be done. Everyone was friendly, courteous and efficient. I needed a new tire to replace the one that had blown out. The other rear tire also was well worn and it was recommended that I also replace it and have the alignment checked. I agreed and said that I would wait in the lounge. The estimate was that it would take about 2 hours. It took a bit longer, but the job was thorough. My one recommendation was to add a few end tables in the lounge because there is no place to put your coffee cup while you are sitting, unless you want to set it on the floor. Also, end tables could also be a good place to put a laptop while you wait. The lack of a place to put your coffee is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Again I find the service here to be friendly, fast, and professional.

I just moved to the island. Outstanding customer service from my initial phone call to the vehicle service itself! Everyone wasn't extremely professional and pleasant to talk to throughout the entire process. Told me up-front they wouldn't do any work on my car without first consulting me about the problem/issues. Honest folks...brought my vehicle in to be serviced (potentially for bad brakes/brake pads/low brake fluid) and no issues were found by the mechanic with the braking system. I wasn't charged a thing...not even for the diagnoses! Definitely going to keep coming back here for all my future car servicing needs versus going to the dealership and having to deal with all the headaches typically associated with such visits to a dealer's service department.

Very satisfied with service and friendly staff. Dropped off my truck at 8:30AM and the salesperson said will be ready in 2 hours. Returned precisely in 2 hours and my truck was ready as promised.
