I drop my vehicle on a saturday morning and specifically told them that fix the break leak. Lady called me in the afternoon and telling me that my brake cylinders are leaking. Front rotors recommend to be replace and and it has wrong brake pads. Cost is 700 dollars. They order the parts on that day. Sunday closed. Monday morning called them at 0730. Ask the status of my vehicle. The person said they have not touch the vehicle and the mechanic is not arrive. I ask the person to NOT install or fix front brake job which he agree. After an hour i called again and the person said it's alteady installed! Sigh! They are now fixing the wheel cylinders. Called after an hour and they said still fixing wheel cylinder. Called after work at 0500 pm. The lady said there is a master cylinder problem. Cost to fix is 1000! Who will pay 1000 for a car that is not even woth 1000! The lady is like im not gonna be here tomorrow and talk to my manager if i wish.

Took car in for check tire light and safety inspection. They also checked my alignment warranty.

Once again, amazing customer service and service from when I walked in the door as always. Mel was OUTSTANDING, she was smiling when I walked in at 9:15am to drop off my truck, and was the same exact vibrant happy person when I arrived near 6:00pm to pick up my truck, even after an extremely long day at work, and to still be happy, welcoming and cheerful and smiling, THAT is how to do customer service right. Was sad to see Lei- Aloha leave, but Mel has taken over where Lei-Aloha left off. I will continue to return to this Lex Brodie's for as long as they are at this location. Aloha, Lance

Had great, fast service but after they checked my rears brakes they are making a loud sraping sound when my brakes are applied.

I brought my vehicle for repairs needed to be fixed. Work was not done! I was working with Employee Eddie, as he was advising me over the phone about the problems. My last conversation I had with Eddie over the phone, I had requested to have my tires rotated, and that Lex Brodies did not do! I have noticed that my tires were not rotated after paying and leaving the store. I was very disappointed! I could have gone a block dow to Firestone and got a way "BETTER" customer service and at cheaper price. At least I would know that the work will get done for what I paid for!
