So my tires were changed maybe 3-4 weeks ago (brand new tires mind you) and about a week ago my car was alerting me the pressure of one of my tires with decreasing. I called Lex Brody on Thursday inquiring about a patch to a tire and if there were any appointments and I was told they're wide open and to come on in as a walk-in... I get there and it was packed. I was checked in rather quickly by a really nice lady who told me the wait would be at least 1.5-2 hours and that it would be faster to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. That seemed like a better alternative so I made an appointment for today at 10am. I check in about 9:50am excited to finally fix this tire... And the guy tells me it'll take about 1.5-2 hours... Uh, okay, I should've just stayed yesterday, but oh well. I walk around for 1 hour and 10 minutes and then at 11:10 I get a call back: 'your tire is not able to be fixed, a brand new tire will cost $200+ and it'll take another 45 minutes'... -______- I'm no car expert but if I had an appointment at 10am, I would like to think that by 10:15 it would be obvious whether or not my tire could be fixed. Anyways, they were nice enough to agree to put on the spare tire for me and I'm going to try and see if there's some sort of warranty for my tire. 2 stars for their pleasant attitude.
