Customer update on status, return calls should be timely and not have to callback because no return call. I would think callback within 30 min. I had to callback after waiting for over 1 hour.

Cooper Masani and crew were just hammered with customers on a busy Monday morning but they professionally saw to every customers needs with a smile. Great job!

Brought in car to service air condition problem at 7 am 10/31/16. Waited in lounge for 2 hours with no communication from service people that the car service will take longer than 2 hours to fix the problem. Had to walk 2 miles to work to be on time for work thereafter. It would have been appreciated if someone would inform me after the car was checked in at 7 am that the service would take longer than 2 hours so I can get a head start to work to be on time for work.

Lex Brodies helped me get two new tires for my truck and align them too. The girl that helped me was awesome! Standing in line I had several employees walk up to me to see if I had already been helped (which I had) and it was a friendly experience.

I love Lex Brodie's. I always get great srrvice, everyone is helpful and friendly. It doesn't get much better than that. Thank you VERY much!

The waiting room is good but I wish all the chairs can be turned toward the table side for my book or stuff. Services are good!
