My car was running rough and engine light turned on. I took it in on Sunday afternoon and Delsi S. took care of us right away. She explained I would have to leave overnight. It was ready bright and early the next day. Thank you, Delsi, for your efficient and professional service. I'll be back.

I'm very disappointed that your technician broke all 3 (screw tabs) of my wheel caps for my custom wheels. I know that the caps are plastic and there were 2 caps that each had a broken tab. I also know that this must have happened during the wheel removal process with the impact driver when he was removing my wheels to install the newly purchased tires. Salesman did called me to inform me of this but he said that it happened when they were removing the caps. It's obvious by the clean sheers of the broken plastic tabs that these broken tabs only occurred on that particular morning because the screw tabs that were previously broken are also very obviously older. If the technician removed the caps with a screw driver by hand before removing the wheel, this clearly wouldn't have happened. If you did it - Own up! Unfortunately Mickey Thompson doesn't make these wheel caps any longer so I can't buy new replacement caps.

Receptions (female) was excellent from the get-go. She addressed what I needed, realized that I had time challenges and was able to meet m time line. I would recommend her and this location at 24/7. The person was working on my car kept me informed as to the status and it's very much appreciated.

Lex Brodie personnel think about the customer. I initially wanted to have all break repaired, but the repairman inspected my breaks and determined that I only needed replacement on one (1) axle. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I love Lex Brodies!

Made and appointment to have my battery checked. Entered the shop and was personally greeted by name by Freddie. Explained to him what needed to be checked. After van was completed, Josie called me. Made payment with Rachael. All the staff at Pearlridge are very pleasant and helfpful and I like doing business with them.
