The tires I needed to buy weren't available, so I had to wait until the following day. At that time, all tires were rebalanced/rotated and an alignment was also done. Hawaii is at the mercy of products being flown or shipped, as there's no railroad, nor trucking in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

UPDATE from my previous post i gaved them 1 star this time i give them 10 star if i could lol theres no doubt in my mind the employees were all excited to go home that day i went for the first time it was after all in the afternoon but still that is no excuse they should of known better than to tell me needed to changed 4 tires as you can see there scott williams replied to my previous post i read his post probably 3 times what could this guy do for me? so i emailed him about my disappointment with lex broddies what do i have to lose by trying to get in touch with him he replied to my email quickly was suprised lol scott williams asked me to bring in the car today monday 5/2/16 and set things right he knows it was a mistake on their part for 5hem to tell me i needed 4 tires and he was sorry about that and wanted to set things right for me so today this morning i went back with the clk500 scott williams was waiting for me on the parking lot he was explaining to me what could of happened that day i brought in my clk500 but he wasnt making any excuses he was sorry for what have happened they didnt have the same tire pirrelli tires that i have on my clk500 they can order it for me from the mainland for free or i will just use 2 of their tires but different brand but those tires have the same safety ratings like pirrelli plus when i will need to change the back tires i can easily get it from them since they carry those tires i agreed with him so when he said i will set things right he changed two front tires free or charged not even a penny i felt bad about not paying those tires i told him that i was willing to pay for those two front tires but he said no they made a mistake for telling me i needed 4 tires and he wants to set things right so ok can just imagine my smile from ear to ear lol he kept my old tire and use it as a training tools for the employees scott williams thank you man more power to you im a happy man you can count on me for being a loyal customer

Replaced radiator left a bolt missing at the wind shield wash fill tank assembly. Suggested wind shield wiper blades replacement when they are still in good condition.

I normally have my dad or family mechanic-friend do any maintenance or repairs to my car, but I thought I'd try Lex Brodie's since I live just across the street and I could just walk home if my car needed to stay a couple of days. Leialoha and Chelsea were great from the moment I checked my car in. Both were so friendly and showed great service with everyone who walked through their doors. I brought my car in for Lex's Green Fleet Service just to have almost everything checked, just in case I was being paranoid about all the squeaks and rattling I heard whenever I went over a bump (which, it turns out, I wasn't). I dropped my car off at 8am and around 10:30/11ish it was ready for pick up. I asked if anything was specifically wrong with the car and Chelsea informed me that the sway bar needed to be replaced, front and rear brake pads needed to be replaced, break rotors needed to be resurfaced, and my battery needed to be replaced since my car wouldn't start sometimes; all of which I already kind of knew needed to be done and bringing it in just confirmed it. I asked if everything could just be done that day and they were able to squeeze the work in but my car just needed stay in the shop for another day, which was fine with me. Although there was a little mix up with the customer pick up resulting in a pretty long wait time for a car rental, at least there was a waiting area for me to sit and watch my Netflix, water to drink, and vending machines to help me through the wait. My car is running like new; no squeaks, rattles, or trouble starting. All in all, my first experience with Lex Brodie's Pearlridge will definitely not be my last. Just got my sons car repaired, Leimomi, helped me through the process, was very cheerful and polite. Took longer than expected but being on a saturday it was to be expected. Also talked to the mechanic that worked on the car and he took the time to explain the work, didn't feel like I was intruding on his time over all i'm very pleased with the work.
