Fast, efficient, very friendly staff was able to take my car same day and rush the service as we were in a hurry because my husband had to get to work. I also love that they text msg. Systen letting me know my car was done and they also gave me a link in yhe tex msg. to a report regarding what needs attention on my vehicle.

This is my first time offering a review of anything, but exceptional service deserves to be recognized and appreciated. I have an old car and have tried several places around town for various repairs and maintainance services. Nothing compares to the efficient and courteous treatment I consistently get at Lex Brodie's Pearl Ridge. They know what old fashioned, good service is all about and the employees at the front desk provide service with "aloha" and professionalism. They have never pushed me to do repairs I don't need. They are honest and fair, and have done thoughtful things like reattaching my license plate without me having to ask. They're a classy operation; one that is rare these days and is in keeping with the style of Lex Brody himself. I know he would be and "is" proud of his gang at the Pearl Ridge store. The service was quick and efficient but the service guy could have been more friendly and communicative. When I made inquiries about if I was going to be charged for the alignment he didn't say anything to me and just pushed his buttons on the computer. I found it to be annoying and not very respectful of the customers concerns. I know they are busy but the customer deserves to know what is going on when it pertains to his car.

Everyone in the front desk were nice and helpful especially Leialoha she's the one who helped me again. Everyone in the front know what their doing and explain the details to you with a smile. That it why I'll be coming back here not only for my safety check but also my truck repairs too!

Love the lifetime warranty. And I like how they tried to help me save a little more by signing me up for the reward card.

How nice to be greeted as I exited my car in the parking lot and receive personalized, reliable service from then on. The man who looked at my car's problems was so honest in his assessment in what was wrong and a guesstimate of how much it would cost to fix the problems. I really appreciated the ride home from the lady who had greeted me. The ancient car was fixed in a few hours. I drove off feeling safe and secure. Thank you, Lex Brodie.
