Honolulu, HI
My only complaint is that: 1) Mechanic (?) Did not follow my Requested Work request; Work on what you are capable of doing in your shop: 1) Change All Fluids, Transfer Case, Differential, Tire Rotation, Brake Inspection and Follow Up with Brake Service and Wheel Alignment, Install New Top Quality Shocks/Struts (whatever), Lube Chasis(sp), U-Joints, Whatever Grease Fittings etc...WHATEVER YOUR SHOP IS CAPABLE OF DOING!!! When I called, the truck had minimal work done, sat at your shop for a week. All I got was excuses. I'm a pretty good wrench, and your Mechanic told me that he worked for United Airlines as A&P, IA, for 5 years, well no wonder he is working at a Automobile Shop instead of working on Airplanes. I've been a Pilot with Commercial/Instrument/Multi-Engine Ratings and do my own work on my Airplanes and have my A&P/IA signing off my work, when I do my own inspections and servicing Struts with N2, Props, Spark Plugs, Calibrate EGT Probes and Gauges etc... Simply did not follow instructions. Left the lights on so I had to Jump Silverado 3500 with my VW Bug and drive off.
