I have good welcoming experience every time I go there. Ladies are so quick and good communicators.

The mechanics do a great job and the people at the front desk are always very informed on what's happening with each car. The service couldn't be much better. My father and I don't go anywhere else. Their teamwork really couldn't be much better.

Everyones really nice I was just disappointed about my wait time. They told me 1.5 hours and it turned into a 3 hour job. Im 9 months pregnant and I sat down for 3 hours. Luckily the waiting room is a/c, and outlets to charge your phone cause I was on a netflix marathon so that was cool. I also had to catch a uber to pick up my kids from school but they gave me $20 off for that. Their follow up program is great and I like that they give you coupons.

Good service

Needed new tires and it was just before lunchtime. I thought it would be too late in the day to get my vehicle serviced but I was greeted with a friendly smile and assured my car would get done that day. Got the tires at a good price using their online coupons. My signal lights went out and they fixed that problem too. I just love it when I can get the one-stop service at a time that is convenient for me.

I would like to thank Kyle for the exceptional service and explanation of the Hawaii Registration process. No one had ever explained this to me before and I really appreciated it. I am curious to know, however, what are the checkpoints for oil change? I know that I was told an oil change is approximately 1.5 hrs. A friend said they look at other items during the oil change, but I am not sure what these are. Thanks again!!!
