Came in for an alignment and was told it would take about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. The lady who helped me was very friendly and efficient. After waiting over two hours I walked to the cashier area to ask if my car would be done soon. The lady who wrote me up was surprised to see me and said "you're still here? I thought you left long time ago." She quickly went to see what was going on with my car and magically my paperwork printed out shortly after and I left 10 minutes later (after waiting two and a half hours). Better communication would have been appreciated and the thick black grease in my car on my door panel was disappointing.

They do good efficient work. I recommend Lex Brodies.

Quick, easy, and very professional.

The folks here are very polite. My dad used to take his car here when Lex Brodie was still alive. It is only too bad that they did not have the oil filter that my car uses. I had made an appointment, but the car sat on their lot for 38 minutes before a technician worked on it.

I come from a Jeep family, and when I brought my Wrangler in to Lex Brodie's Honolulu location, I knew exactly what was wrong with it. They allowed me to speak with my car's mechanic and had it fixed within twenty-four hours of drop off. More importantly, the email invoice clearly distinguished between "necessary repairs" (all of which I was expecting) and "preventative maintenance"--not a distinction that all shops are willing to make to a customer. Finally, when I said to disregard the preventative items, I got no pushback. This is the kind of service that, as a woman, I don't get everywhere I go. I'll be a repeat customer.

Poor old Lex Brodie was a good friend of my Mother and a mentor to Honorable Sam Slom. The poor old man, Lex Brodie would roll over in his grave over the way his place is being run. The worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop, I will do the work myself, "Thank You Very Much"😔

Great job! Good advice from Cooper. I've had bad experiences in the past where people try to hard sell me things I don't need. Cooper was very nice and knowledgeable and gave great advice. Everyone was efficient and friendly and got the job done at a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Lex Brodie! I think I have found my new go-to car place!
