I come from a Jeep family, and when I brought my Wrangler in to Lex Brodie's Honolulu location, I knew exactly what was wrong with it. They allowed me to speak with my car's mechanic and had it fixed within twenty-four hours of drop off. More importantly, the email invoice clearly distinguished between "necessary repairs" (all of which I was expecting) and "preventative maintenance"--not a distinction that all shops are willing to make to a customer. Finally, when I said to disregard the preventative items, I got no pushback. This is the kind of service that, as a woman, I don't get everywhere I go. I'll be a repeat customer.
