I really appreciate being able to drive up, get some quick help to repair a flat, and then get no charge (I bought the tires from Lex). Can't get much better, and polite efficient service as well.

Once again, they fixed my car, under budget and in less time that I thought. When I arrived....they had so many cars to be fixed....it looked like they wouldn't get to mine. But they called me at 1 pm to say my car was done. Well done, fellas!

I needed new tires, oil change and safety check. I've had bad experiences in other places where people think they can hard sell me things I don't need, likely because I don't look like I know much about cars. It's true, I don't, but I can tell when people are trying to unnecessarily get me to part with my hard earned moolah! I decided to try Lex Brodie due to its convenient location. It was so easy to make an appointment. I did it online through their website and got the day and time I wanted the following week. Cooper helped me. He gave me great advice, did not try to hard sell anything to me, and even helped me choose options that had discount coupons online that I was not aware about. Another place told me I needed all 4 tires changed, and Cooper told me no, I just needed the rears changed and my car should be running much more quietly after. I got 2 new tires, oil change, safety check and alignment done in around 3 hours. And my car was running much more quietly just like Cooper said she would as I drove her home. All the other staff members were just as nice, friendly and efficient. They walked me through the costs of my service so I knew exactly what I was getting and why before I agreed to service and before I paid. I thought costs all around were reasonable. I felt that they were trustworthy and no one was trying to scam me. I think I have found my new go-to place for my car. Yay.
