friendly service and solid warranty

I was deeply disappointed by the Customer Service received at the Lex Brodie Pearlridge Store today. Lex Brodie's company was always known for customer service but it cannot be said for this store. The store manager had an inflated sense of importance for lack of better words and walked away in the middle of our tire rotation/brake service intake and screamed at us from across the room to wait. A brake flush that was not really needed was offered and later in the day another salesperson pushed additional services that were not necessary. The highlight of the experience with Pearlridge store manager was when we called back to ask (as requested by my brother who is a mechanic on another island) if the rotors had been machined(?) since there was no recordation of it on the sales invoice--and manager snipped "It would be just like a backyard mechanic to ask that question. Any reputable company like ours would automatically machine the rotors" and HUNG UP on me. Immediately called the Lex Brodie Queen's Store and spoke to a manager at a higher level about our experience at Pearlridge. He was a wonderful representative of the company. Later that afternoon the Pearlridge Store Manager called to apologize but I am still seething about his attitude hours later. My uncle was in business with Lex Brodie and I can guarantee all that neither of them up in Heaven are happy about how Uncle Lex's good name is being tarnished by this person who has no business ruining this wonderful man's legacy with such a horrible attitude. (FYI my bro has been a mechanic for almost 40 years. Not all brake jobs require machining!) Auwe!

Although I booked an appointment online and received 2 confirmation emails, when I came in for my appointment they seemed like one wasn't scheduled. The checkin process was pretty slow, and after having my car for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and checking a leaky tire, it was time to pay. After I paid, I asked if they had found a leak in the tire, only to find out that they had forgotten to check. So I was there another hour and a half. To their credit, I mentioned that I hadn't eaten lunch yet and the workers kindly offered me some of the pizza they had ordered. Every other experience I've had at this location has been great, and I will most likely come back (I like that you can earn airline miles here), but this experience was just a bit sideways.

Shows real concerns for customers. Sometimes not easy to do depending on the customers. Staff always let's the customers know what's going on and recommendations. Whether it is cost benefit or not to the customers. Mostly based on my observations.

Great service and online appt. system was easy to use.

Costumer service is always A+++++. And the work is always high quality... That's why we keep coming back...
