Aloha! It has been a few years that my husband and I have needed service on our vehicles of any sort. However, it was a little frustrating to have made an appointment (with a very friendly woman over phone), was asked to push the appointment day back 2 days in order to accommodate the shops busy days... "Sure thing- no worries" i stated. Here's the take away...I arrive the morning of the appointment to find no sign of my appointment.... Oh boy. The gentleman was, however very nice in accommodating and did fit me in...and I do appreciate that. Luv u guys... Just please be more careful in your scheduling! Thx!

Recently came here for a safety check and everyone was smiling and super helpful and constantly asking if I had been helped already even while I was just waiting on the side! Best service I've ever had from an auto repair establishment. Seems like they have a very nice system in place with a few workers simply dedicated to helping customers checking in as opposed to other places where sometimes the service technicians double as the customer check-in staff which can sometimes result in no one being available. Safety check was very fast too with a comfortable AC waiting room for the time being. I will definitely be returning here for any other future automotive needs I may have.
