Wonderful Service. Mahalo to to the staff of Lex Brodie's

I called earlier today to see if they did safety check walk ins, due to two other places being booked. And guess what they said yes they do! I headed over there this afternoon and the lady that greeted me was really friendly. She took my info and then took me inside to sign papers. She said it would be about 1 hour and 30 min. I was shocked that I had to wait that long for a safety. But I sat in the waiting room with a few other customers, I like the fact they had the tv on and complimentary drinks for you while you wait. There was a creepy guy that sat in there with his phone faced to people, I heard the camera sound so I'm assuming he was taking pics of people. I moved after I noticed him pointing his phone to me, thought it was a little weird. My car took about a hour for safety check. Once done, a lady called me to pay. I tried to use the discount on Yelp, but she stated that it's only Good for other services due to safety check being a state thing. Which was fine (maybe they should state it on the coupon). But other than that, everything went smoothly! Great customer service here, keep up the great work!

Bought my tires 3/2013. I've had numerous problems with flats ( usually due to nails) and evertime I bring my car to Kaneohe or Queen St. I have received excellent service. I've also had oil changes and an allingement. My mechanic, Sum's Auto (the best on Oahu) get all their allingements there. My next set of tires will be from Lex Brodie's!

Everyone I encountered was helpful and smiling! As soon as I walked up to the checkin area, someone was helping me; no waiting! I chose to leave the tire so I could continue my errands. When I received the call that the tire was fixed, I returned to the store and, again, received immediate assistance. The tire was put back on my car, the technician checked the pressure in the other tires and reset the check tire pressure sensor and put away the Jack and Jack parts that AAA left in the back of the car. After all of this terrific service, there was no charge!! I've been a long time customer of the Queen St Lex Brodie's and this is why! You guys rock! Mahalo plenty!
