Great service !!

No matter how often I visit for maintenance or repairs the staff are always making me feel like I am their most important customer. after the work is completed they insure I was totally satisfied with the work and service. From when I began with Lex Brodie till today I always have the feeling of complete confidence I will leave with a better product then when I went in!

I woke up to a flat tire and the nearest location with air service was Lex Brodies. Found out that is was actually a slash in my tire and needed replacement. There were able to find me replacement tires the same day. What a relief to not be out of service for more than one day.

I have gone to the kia dealership here in town and on several occasions, They told me that my A.C. compressor and my A.C. condensor were broken on my car and that were about $1000 each. Something didn't feel right about it so I came to Lex Broady to have them check out my car. Not only was what Lex Broady telling me it was a completely different part that didn't even have anything to do with the functionality of the other components that the dealership said. It ended up being my alternator which was $600. Such a huge difference. Once Lex Broady did the work my car stopped having the problems I brought it in there for, which means : If I would have allowed the dealership to put in an A.C condenser and an A.C. compressor not only would that have cost me $2000, it would not have even fixed the problem that I brought it in there for, and you know the dealer would not have given me my money back for the parts they got wrong. Who knows how long it would have taken them to diagnosis and find the right part or how much money it would have put me in the end, but bare minimal it would have cost me the $2000 + what ever the price the dealership charges for an alternator plus installation. This is not the first time I have had this experience. I can not express enough, the gratitude that I have for Lex Broady and their employees.
