I dropped off my suv 3 hours prior to my 11am appointment time. Samson greeted me and took my keys while going over the job requests. He took the time to answer my million questions and concerns. I told them to take their time and I was in no rush and going to leave the car. I left and received a call at 10:52am saying my suv was finished and I could come and pick it up! I arrived to pick up my car and upon check out I found out I had also received another rebate saving me an additional $70. Much Mahalo for finishing my car prior to my appointment time but also saving me $70. Outstanding customer service Waipahu service team!

I arrived for my appointment at 0800 for my 0830 tire rotation/wheel alignment. I left for an appointment at 0940 and returned at 1140 to see my auto in the process of the alignment. I then went to pick up lunch and saw my car in the parking area. I inquired if my car was ready and was told we did not contact you. On the computer screen I noticed a charge for a wheel lug nut for $ 8.99 and inquired about the charge. The person assisting me did not know what was going on. I proceeded to my car and noticed a lug nut missing on the front driver side and proceeded to my trunk to retrieve a pack of lug nuts and went back to the check-out counter. The person who previously worked on my car saw me speaking with the check-out person and explained that the lug nut was broken due to the age. I explained to him I keep a set just in case and he proceeded to install the lug nut and I received an apology. I explained that my appointment was the longest time I spent for this type of service. I would have been there longer had I not presented the lug nut to your service representative.

Brought my car in for air conditioning service. Job was completed quickly and cost was less than I expected.

I bought my car in today when they opened at 9am for a tire repair and was very impressed with the service given by JR who checked me in and Steven who found out the problem with a slow leak in one of the tires. The job was done in little more than an hour. Much Mahalos to both of them!
