Unfortunately in the past year, I've found nails in my tires and had to visit Lex Brodie's three times! I own a Tesla and they're one of the few shops that have the equipment to service my vehicle. And while it takes almost two hours to complete the service, which is no surprise and clearly communicated on their website and online appointment-setting section, the work is always completed without any issue. The staff in Waipahu and Aiea have always been friendly and easy to interact with.

Friendly and fast! I was even able to get the UH gear discount on a very expensive repair job. This shop is highly recommended.

After decades of Lex's friendly services first at Queen Street, then to Kalihi and again back at Queen Street, I was shocked by the "snarky" attitude that I experienced from the service representative helping me yesterday. He was "very busy" and chose to ignore my explanation of the service I needed for my scheduled appointment. Instead of listening carefully, he chose to talk over me. Perhaps he did not care to hear what my problem was. He wasted both of our time as I repeated myself several times to get the service request right. AUWE!!!!!! Perhaps this service rep needs to find a position with no customer contact. He shows little interest in serving the customer.
