I absolutely love Lex Brodies and their precise reporting and documentation. They walk me through every step patiently and explain every detail and function with pictures and video always giving me the options without pressure. They are also AAA endorsed and strive to deliver nothing short of exceptional service with excellent record keeping. When I brought my car in for service they also reminded me of scheduled warranty service. They are never rude like others places I have gone to that get frustrated if they have to explain anything. It’s no wonder I only take my business to Lex Brodies for the past 10+ years to several locations including outer island. A name I can trust. Needed my car serviced and the car was beginning to shimmy. RF took really good care of me. She showed me where my tire thread was separating and I needed new tires. She explained the various reward programs to me and I was able to get $220 discounted. I paid less for tires and service than for just the service.. She asked what kind of tire alignment I wanted after explaining the programs. I was really pleased when I was told I did not need an alignment at this time. The total cost of tires and service was less than the the price of the tires alone. With text messages telling me what was going on, the service was awesome.

I called them for a safety inspection and they got me in at a time convenient to my schedule. Sela and Jordan were professional, efficient and friendly getting my paperwork and car ready. Within 15 minutes, the inspection was done. WOW, that is what I call stupendous customer service. Thank you and I will be back for all my car needs.

Always get great service. However, my wife took my Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was great. Tire rotation was not so great. Technicians rotated tires, but evidently forgot to check the tire pressures. This is unexceptional.

Lex Brodie quickly scheduled me for a safety check on the same day I called for an appointment. Two hours letter, my safety check was complete and I was home!
