I needed to replace all four of my tires as well as get an oil change but was trying to avoid going to the Audi dealership since I always leave there spending hundreds of dollars for basic maintenance. The last time I went to the dealership, I was told I needed to replace my tires and was quoted $1600. I happened upon Lex Brodie which is about a mile away from my house and received an amazing quote for my tires and my oil change, on top of their ability to schedule me in a few days vs. several weeks. I was so impressed with their staff's level of knowledge and follow up. I even appreciated their text notifications to update me on my car's status. I'm grateful to Vachelle and Angelina who were so kind and absolutely professional! I definitely recommend Lex Brodie to other folks for their auto repair needs!

My tire had a nail in it and they were able to repair it. I'm glad it is super close to pearlridge so I could just walk over and do some shopping while I waited.

I dropped my car off at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am routine oil change and tire rotation appointment. I called at 1:00 pm. I was told it was “almost finished “. I received a call at 1:41 to say my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to pick up my car at 1:45. My car was on the lot waiting to be serviced. I was told my car had to be taken off the lift so another car could be serviced. (“Emergency service”). My car should be ready in 15 minutes. Half an hour later my car was ready. I was given $20.00 off for my inconvenience. I have always had good service from Lex Brodies in the past. Five plus hours for a scheduled routine appointment is way too much for me. I will be going to Goodyear in the future.
