The folks here are very friendly and efficient, they know their job and do it quite well. Very communicative and informative of what has to be done on one's vehicle.

While I've always been happy with the results and the professionalism of the staff, this time around, I was not happy with the scheduling. I scheduled my car through your website for Monday at 10 a.m. but I did not receive a call about the nature of the problem until 4:30 p.m. It took the mechanics 6 hours to get to my car even after I scheduled. I literally spent an entire work day waiting and by the time I was able to get my car, the shop was closing. What is the point of scheduling if you don't plan to honor it?

I thought with the text feature I would be contacted or informed when my car was done. I did not get a text back. I inquired and found out it was done. Then I didn’t see my car. Wasn’t informed where it was. “Over there” doesn’t help when I can’t see my car. Employees who were checking in customers, to me, was talking to much and seemed to avoid checked in customers who are looking for someone to help them. But overall, good service.

I scheduled a 10:00 a.m. appointment and I received a call at 4:30 p.m. which means they did not get to my car for 6 hours after I scheduled the appointment. When I received the call at 4:30 the mechanic informed me that he was going to start working on my car. They close at 6 p.m. I don't know why I bothered scheduling an appointment if they're not going to honor it. The work is always good and the folks that work there are true professionals, but this whole scheduling fiasco just ruins it for me.

Wow! Unbelievable. They checked my wife's car's brakes without charging. I've been hearing a brief squealing sound when she backs up making me concerned that it was the wear indicators, but Lex Brodie's determined that all brakes were fine. Also they told me that they would probably call me closer to 1:30 but got to her car much sooner and called me at 10:30. Excellent service! I've been coming here for a while now as I feel both confident and comfortable bringing my cars here. Obviously, will continue to trust Lex Brodie's!
