Tire repair required and took a trip down to Alex Brodies in Aiea. Excellent service from check in to the point of picking up my car. One thing that stands out at Lex Brodie's, they are always consistent on awesome customer service. Keep them in mind when you need new tires, tune up or repair. Mahalo!

Lex Brodie and tire technicians came to the rescue today. I was at the Discovery Center with my children when I came out to find an almost flat tire and nail in it. That's a mother's worst nightmare to be stuck on the sid rod the road with my children. I called Lex Brodi's on Queen Streer since it was five minutes away, to let them know my situation. They said they could help, but it would take two hours. When I arrived my kids had fallen asleep; two toddlers that would not be comfortable waiting for two hours, if they were awake. Lilo was the sales rep and he understood my panic and concerns. I must have came at the best time, because he had me pull up immediately and checked my tire. Lilo went above and beyond for me to get the tire replaced all the while making sure we were in and out of their as much kids were tired. Sam and Smiley were the tire technicians. They were thorough, professional, and had a very kind attitude through the entire time. I'm super grateful for Lilo, Sam, and Smiley. They displayed the Aloha Spirit and treated my family with such care. This kind of customer service is what sets Lex's Brodie apart. Good people, good service, good Aloha. Thank you so very much for making today a breeze, under very stressful circumstances for a busy mama bear.

This place is a machine. Customer service is very spotty. They can be rude to customers waiting. Prices are fair not cheap, my local gas station was actually cheaper

Great service with a smile.

Scheduled an oil change online for a 9:30 a.m. drop off and 2:00 p.m. pick up. Called at 2:30 and was told vehicle hasn't even been serviced. I asked, "what happened?", but the person I spoke with didn't know what to say and told he would have another rep call me. I never got call. I went to shop to pick up my car since I had to pick up my daughter at school at 3:00, but saw my car was up on lift. I assume they started working on it when they got my call. I'm not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is for. This is the second time this has happened to me. I used to get good service at Lex. Now it's no better than a Jiffy Lube. Very disappointed.
