My vehicle sounded like something was going to blow up when starting. It was a holiday and Lex Brodie Waipahu was open. I called and they said to bring it in. So i dropped off my vehicle that morning and had it back before lunch. Very helpful, courteous and polite. Mahalo to the Workers of Lex Brodie, Waipahu.

Made a 8:30am appointment for wheel alignment. Arrived at 8:15am and was checked in. I told advisor that I will be waiting. No cars on alignment rack. At 9:45am I went to check on my vehicle. Girl at the desk took my information and went to check on my car. She never came back to let me know what on status. The original guy that checked me in saw me and said your car is next. It is now 10:10am and I get a text that my car is now checked in. 20 minutes later they tell me my car is finished. Worst service I have ever had a Lex Brodie's. Maybe need to go somewhere else at this point. Employees don't seem like they care about your car once it is left for repairs.
