We bought our daughter a car for college, and the car needed new tires and a wheel alignment. Kevin is usually my go to guy because he is professional, but understands professionalism doesn't mean you can't be fun too! Kevin is a really awesome person and he will do right by you. However, Kevin wasn't around yesterday (1-2-2023), and I had the pleasure of meeting Ben! He is just as awesome as Kevin! Ben was able to get really close to Costco's tire only quote (Costco doesn't do wheel alignments) with the wheel alignment! I've used this particular Lex Brodies for my my other vehicles and I will continue to use them. This shop is awesome, and the people are professional, fun and helpful! Ben and Kevin I hope you get a good lunch because you both deserve it!

I had driven over a curb and was concerned about the undercarriage of my car. Since I needed a safety check, I thought it could be done. The service worker took it on a test drive to see if the steering wheel was alright. Most places would have done only a visual check. Thats why I like Lex Brodies.

Lex Brodie's has always taken good care of me. The people have been friendly and they have not charged me anything outrageous or beyond the norms for the services provided. I did have to wait a little longer this last time for a fix to pass my safety check but I understand it was not a scheduled fix and being that it was December 30th, it was kind of crunch time for all us December people who put our safety checks off.

This was my first visit to the Queen Street location. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation.
