Great service! Fast and easy. Came into this shop for new tires and they got the job done in about an hour. They also checked my brakes which was nice!

I took my car to the dealership and they gave me a list of items that needed to be done but the price seemed super high so I took it to Lex Brodie's for a second opinion. They confirmed the dealerships need for work but we're able to do it for about $500 less. Ben was great. He got me checked in with a quote in hand in minutes. There was another issue and the work was going to take a little longer than expected but Ben called to let me know. I had an appointment the next day and needed my car. Ben made sure it was done before the time I needed it. He even greeted me by name when I came to pick it up. Definitely glad I got my second opinion.

The best place for Safety, and oil change and everything, they are so kind and so on top of it and so accommodating to you, and your vehicle. I refer all my friends and family here. They are like family to me! So kind! I will never go anywhere else.

A couple of emails explaining the company policy and working to satisfy my concerns was achieved. The efforts of Lex Brodie's branding came thru with flying colors. Customer service was exceptional.

To the best of my knowledge, the repair was done correctly. My issue is that I made an appointment for 2 PM as I had to wait for my car. Generally, in all kinds of appointments, I expect 20 to 30 minute leeway on either side. But my car was not addressed for an hour and 40 minutes, and then it was about a 30 minute repair. I consider this inconsiderate and definitely not good service. As I was waiting, I looked around on all the service standards and comments that Lex Brodie’s puts up things like the bathroom will always be clean, yet there was no soap in the men’s bathroom. Like free Kona coffee, and there was no Kona coffee . Minor items as I don’t drink coffee but if you’re going to publicize it everywhere under the hitting of importance of customer satisfaction, you should try to live up to it. My dealership had recommended I go somewhere else but because of past dealings with lLex Brodie’s, I went there. I don’t know if I would go back again .
