I have visited Lex Brodie’s Queen street facility many times over the past fifty years and they have always provided excellent and highly professional services. It’s rare for any company to have that kind of reliability and dependability, and even more so to have consistently maintained their exceptional performance throughout. Whether it’s new tires, brakes, tire repair, or even a simple safety check, their staff are always helpful and friendly, and the results always completed efficiently and professionally. In addition, their services are reasonable in cost and when the quality of their services and products are factored in, could be considered a bargain.

Took about an hour to change my car battery despite the shop being really busy.

work was done at the price estimated. Appears to be well done. Only comment is that the tire was over-inflated. My tire gauge showed 45 lbs pressure, way over recokmmended.

The service was fast, courteous, and honest. My issue thankfully was minor , and I had an overall great experience. They definitely earned my business going forward.
