Had a flat tire and Lex Brodie immediately took me in and serviced my flat tire. When paying for the service it was at no cost because the tires were under warranty. Very unexpected, awesome day!!!

AWESOME CARING SERVICE!!! Kyle is the best. Our Camry needed a new radiator and possibly other repairs. Kyle squeezed us into the shops busy schedule. The car was diagnosed, an estimate was reported, and parts were ordered. The crew completed the repairs by the next day. I got a call at about 5:25 pm that the car was ready. Bennett and his manager willingly waited for me because I was coming from town. I just made it by 6 pm but it was nice to know they would wait for me. I am a regular customer and will remain a loyal customer because of the knowledgeable and personable members of this Lex Brodie shop.

Excellent and honest service. 100% employee owned!

After getting new tires and an alignment my tire almost immediately developed severe wear on the inside of the tire from being misaligned. Also incredibly slow, they wouldn’t take an appointment and it took 6 hours for them to even look at my car let alone work on it. On top of that it’s expensive, which is fine if the work is good but it clearly isn’t. You’ll get cheaper and better service elsewhere.

I came in to get one flat tire either repaired or replaced and left with 4 new tires, as one check after the next revealed serious problems with each of the other 3. The salesman who assisted me (sorry, didn't get his name) was unfailingly friendly and courteous. When he saw my dismay at the news that there was a thorn in the 4th tire, and it too needed to be replaced, he said he would throw that one in for free. All of the service guys I interacted with took care to see that I understood what was happening, step-by-step. On the whole, except for the large and unexpected expense, it was a very positive experience.

We had a 8am appointment for oil change and safety check, with a scheduled pickup time of 10am. At drop off they estimated pickup time at 11:30. With basically no communication as to why, they didn’t finish until 4:30. Eight and a half hours!! No thank you. After many years of our family bringing our business to Lex Brodie, we won’t be back.
