They are always pleasant, helpful and respectful. Couple of times I had to wait a while but most times, they finish the job quickly and efficiently. They are so so awesome and I do recommend them to ppl and we take ALL of our cars to them. Thank you Kevin and the GANG!!!!!!

Another great visit to have my safety check done. Staff was quick, service was fast, they even pointed out somethings about the car they noticed while doing the inspection. Appreciate them making the effort to notify me to make sure I knew about them, even though I already did. Been taking my cars here for a long time now. Thanks for all your great service. First time lifting a vehicle and Maile was instrumental in helping me find what to look for and fit for tires and helped me understand the alignment needs of a lifted vehicle. Grateful for her and the whole crew at Lex Brodies. Customer service and quality is always 5 stars! I’d pay double for it, but I don’t even have to.

I went to Lex Brodie’s in Kaneohe because I had a screw in my tire, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, Kyle was very helpful and explained that I could leave my car and that they would get to it when they had time! I got a text message update as well as a kind phone call when my car was done, and Chris did a great job working on my vehicle.

I was to be told that the car was ready while I waited in the Lounge. No one came, so I decided to check if my car was ready, and it was.It was my error for not giving you my cell phone #. So, I am part to be blamed too. The work on new tires, I am glad I got new tires which will last another 2 or 3 years

AWESOME CARING SERVICE!!! Kyle is the best. Our Camry needed a new radiator and possibly other repairs. Kyle squeezed us into the shop’s busy schedule. The car was diagnosed, an estimate was reported, and parts were ordered. The crew completed the repairs by the next day. I got a call at about 5:25 pm that the car was ready. Bennett and his manager willingly waited for me because I was coming from town. I just made it by 6 pm but it was nice to know they would wait for me. I am a regular customer and will remain a loyal customer because of the knowledgeable and personable members of this Lex Brodie shop.
