No communication I tried to do a walk in was told it would be done by the end of work day and would have a estimate within a hour or so I didn’t receive a call until I called first 3 hours before closing and it was to tell me take it to the actual dealer and once I told them I would be there to pick up my car my car was still on the lift and they said no one relayed the message and it was there from 11 am until 6pm no estimate no diagnostic nothing

Great service!

I was quite disappointed with the service. I received a text informing me that my car will be going into service. In about 1/2 hr. to 45 mins. after the text, I returned back to Lex Brodies and what a coincidence, my car was done. I saw a female employee get into my car and reversed it out from the shop. I thought she was going to park my car in one of the empty stalls but instead, she drove somewhere and didn't returned until 1/2 or more. I waited and waited and even told a couple of the employees who were standing by the computer, where did my car go? The filipino guy said the employee was testing my car and she will be back soon. So, I waited and waited. Finally, I text back and said "I'm here at Lex Brodie's". Whether it was between 1/2 hr. or more, it seemed very long that I waited. Finally, she returned, got out the car and said nothing. What kind of service is that?

Overall service you provide is above average and highly recommended. I don't know the service manager's name is, but he is highly efficient. He is rather quiet but pleasant and communicates satisfactorily. I'm talking about the Waipahu facility, and I iterate my satisfaction here.

Took car in for clicking noise heard on left front tire and steering pulling to right. Staff were informative and friendly when explaining to me and kept me updated with calls through the process
