I was not satisfied with my service today. I had made an appointment for 7am and checked in earlier than my appointment time. I was asked if I will be waiting, and I said yes so, I was asked to wait in the customer lounge. One hour past and no word about my car. Then when it reached the second hour, I went to a customer service rep to ask about my car, and I was greeted with some attitude. I saw that my car was still in the same place as I had left it earlier in the morning. I asked how much longer my car will be and with attitude, the customer service rep had told me that they were waiting for a space and that she would let my service tech know. At that point, I was upset because two hours had past and my car was still not being serviced, I had got attitude from the customer service rep, and no updates or follow ups were given. I felt why make an appointment if I have to wait so long?! After an hour and a half later, I was told that my car was done. I was just told that a screw was found and that's it. There was no explanation on what was done or an apology for making me wait so long. I was just handed the invoice and said that my car will be outside. As I was driving away, my TPMS light was on, so I had pulled over to see what was wrong. I didn't see anything at that time but when I got home, my left rear tire was complete flat, and the tire air cap was very loose. When I had drove the car in this morning, it was fine. I don't know why that tire was touched because I clearly stated that it was the right rear tire and not left. I am so appreciative that I made it home safely because that could've gone differently.
