I made an appt (11:00 am on 4/5/21) to have a screw removed from the left front tire & get the hole patched. I arrived at 10:45 am. TWO HOURS later, I’m informed that they recommended all four tires be changed and aligned ... I agreed. My car was finally ready another TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER! I was informed when I arrived the wait would be “1-1/2 hours; two hours MAX,” so I decided to wait. But waiting nearly FIVE HOURS for installing new tires and alignment is RIDICULOUS! It took two hours to just determine all four tires needed replacement. What is the purpose of making an appointment if those who walk-in get to “cut in line”? Even if only appointment-cars were being worked on when I arrived, there is something seriously wrong with the scheduling protocol! I was satisfied with the work done & the staff person who had the unfortunate task of dealing with me. She was very professional, patient, courteous, and just a nice person. Just having to spend nearly my entire day just to, initially, fix a flat is INCOMPREHENSIBLE & PAINFUL (sitting for so long with a back problem). It was certainly no fun!
