Saved my car today from honda giving me the runaround..

Lex Brodie's gave me a great deal when i went to fix a flat tire, and tgey worked on my car immediately. I was out in 1 hour! Brooke, saleslady, was really helpful and informative and was not pushy to oversell but I decided to replace all 4 tires and get the 2 year alignment anyway and I'm glad i did. Front 2 tires, one of which was now flat from a nail, had just enough tread depth to pass another safety inspection (i could keep another 2 years) and the 2 rear tires another 3 years of tread (keep 4 years more) , but i figured better to change all of them at once and avail the free rotations. I never imagined how much nicer it is now driving with the 4 new tires, plus the ride is much quieter. Plus, the tires shiny black sidewalls look great! I'm actually happy now that i got the flat tire and stopped putting off getting new tires to delay spending money because there was still more than the minimum required tread depth for safety inspection. Originally i went to Costco and the price would have been double what i spent for tires alone and that didn't include a wheel alignment. Good thing, lucky Costco did not carry my tire size despite being such a common economy car size 175/70R14 so i was forced to go elsewhere. The only thing that could have given more value would be if Lex offered a lifetime alignment like Firestone offers for the same price.

Took my minivan in on a Sunday after lunch as a walk in. We waited only about 1' 15" but was perfect timing to walk to Salt and have lunch. It was $412 to replace 2 front tires on my minivan. They couldn't do the alignment because they found issues with my suspension which they immediately let us know about. Jack was awesome and provided us with exceptional customer service! I would definitely bring my car back again.
