Made an appointment for a safety check and was in and out within 15 minutes. Simple on-line scheduling, friendly staff, fast service...that's the way to go!

Outstanding service! We pulled our car in 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday (****) b/c our battery was dying. KBA (I think that's his initials) took the time while they were closing to do a quick assessment and tell us we needed to fix the alternator. He checked with the mechanic to see if he could stay after hours, ordered the part, and they tried to fix the alternator. Unfortunately they couldn't finish until Monday but we appreciate that they tried. We got to stay in a comfortable air-conditioned waiting room, and they didn't rush us out of there, even though we had to wait for a ride!

Service was okay since I didn't have an appointment. I waited 5 hours. I wish they could have changed my oil as I requested but the representatives said they couldn't do it. If I was back on Kauai I could have done it in 25 minutes. So how difficult is it for your worker to change oil in a vehicle.

Had a appt to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. Next thing I'm leaving with brand new toyo tires and a refreshed sense of knowing my truck was taken care of is performing to standard. My sales person was Maile Otis and upon check-in to check-out displayed excellent customer service. She performed a quick throughl check of my truck and came across my tires not looking too good. I knew I had to change my back two tires (part of original 4 when I bought the truck brand new in 2006). She explained to me a tire rotation couldn't be done due to the ware of those two back tires. She then stated that she recommends changing all four tires and could give me a quote. We went over all my options and answered all my question completely. I decided to go with her recommendations. After waiting for a while (which was explained to me why they were backed up) I got my truck back after 3 1/2 hours. Upon check out the other women that assisted me with my bill was very helpful as well. Overall excellent customer service and recommend to anyone to come to lex Brodie's!!!

Good service and reasonable charge for replacing the front window motor of my 2003 Lexus ES 300.

Went into my routine appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Left there with 4 brand you tires and a refreshed feeling that my truck is taken care of. Maile Otis was more than exceptional as she checked my truck thoroughly and came back and explained to me about my tires. I knew I had to change out my tires soon because I still had two tires from when I first bought my truck brand new in 2006. After giving me my options I decided to go with her recommendations after comparing certain brands. Maile was very knowledgeable and straightforward, no BS. Along being accommodating and assuring with the service I was getting, I knew I could leave there with confidence I made a good decision. Thanks again to Maile and the technicians that worked on my truck today. Overall great customer service!!!
