very good service. I went on a Sunday afternoon when there was limited waiting. Just had my tires rotated.

The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Service was fast and efficient. I will definitely consider Lex Brodies for my next car needs. I went in for a new tire and found there was no line and the prices were very reasonable. It was done within an hour.

Forgot to add that can you honor the specials and discounted prices without us having to print out the coupons? Sometimes an added service is made and there is a special or discount but I am not near a computer or printer to have it when I go up pick up the car. If it is being advertised on your website then I feel it should be honored automatically if that particular service is being done. I don't see the relevance of having to have a printed paper.

They were prompt in calling to let me know what was going on. At pick up though the girl we checked out with couldn't answer our questions on what exactly was done, good thing an older gentleman with glasses and in a red shirt overheard the conversation and stepped in and answered our questions sufficiently. As a consumer you want to know that you are paying for and if you have questions that it can be answered appropriately.
