Lex Brodies is unlike other companies in the industry, they treat you right with impeccable professionalism. Lex Brodies treats its patrons like family the moment you enter, they assess your cars problem and concerns, get you comfortable in their awesome waiting area from start to finish.

For even the basic stuff, Lex Brodie's is great. I got an oil change and tire rotation, which I'm sure is not the highlight of any employee's day, but everyone was friendly, courteous, and diligent.

I have been to the Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe a number of times. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, they are professional and provide excellent service. Was greated on time. Then told would be 2 hours wait. After finally getting my car in, was told need new tire. I came in for a sliw leak. Tires still have more tread than required to pass safety check. Then after talking with sales and manager, they decided to check tire. The slow leak was caused by a faulty valve, nothing wro g with the tire. Repaired and no charge. Thank you. Focus should be on the customer, time of appiintment, and NOT on always selling tires. I was disapointed with the service at first, but when finally listened to, and repaired at no charge, i will be a repeat customer. Was my first time to use this company and was almost my last.
