Had flat tire, brought car in at 4:30 on Saturday, guys worked OT to change my tire in 1 hour.

Although I was unhappy that after a Green Fleet Service and complete tire change that took over 3 hours, I was told I had to come back because I had a heavy oil leak.. why could they not fix it while they had the car :( then told I couldn't make an appointment AND would just have to drop my car off and leave it until they called me (that took another 5 hours)...but I have to say that the attitude, helpfulness, friendliness etc. etc. of all your staff always seem to make me feel good after I leave Lex Brodies.. even if I'm technically unhappy.. your staff really save the day. JIM was great. But still think you could have fixed the oil leak the first time around. According to my eventual second bill to fix the oil leak, it took 1.2 hours, there was still three hours left of the work day after my Green Fleet Service and Tire change and there were not a lot of cars left in the lot ....

It was my first time to Lex Broadies on Queen Street and will be back again. Four new tires and an alignment done in two hours. Plus all the perks that were packaged.

The service was fast and efficient! They helped me find the best fit and the best prices. I'll definitely be returning and will start doing my oil changes here from now on. I purchased four new tires and received an alignment. I feel so much safer on the road now. MAHALO

I came in for the rotation and ended up having my tires replaced. I appreciated professional knowledge and courtesy of the mechanic who worked for me ( sorry I could not remember his name. ) He explained every step of the way and even suggested and completed my over due safety inspection. I will definitely come back.
