Although I was unhappy that after a Green Fleet Service and complete tire change that took over 3 hours, I was told I had to come back because I had a heavy oil leak.. why could they not fix it while they had the car :( then told I couldn't make an appointment AND would just have to drop my car off and leave it until they called me (that took another 5 hours)...but I have to say that the attitude, helpfulness, friendliness etc. etc. of all your staff always seem to make me feel good after I leave Lex Brodies.. even if I'm technically unhappy.. your staff really save the day. JIM was great. But still think you could have fixed the oil leak the first time around. According to my eventual second bill to fix the oil leak, it took 1.2 hours, there was still three hours left of the work day after my Green Fleet Service and Tire change and there were not a lot of cars left in the lot ....
