My family and I have used Lex Brodie's services for fixing our tires on at least 4 of our cars for MANY years. They have ALWAYS, ALWAYS, given us GREAT and FRIENDLY services. The wait is minimal and there's free coffee and able to watch TV too. They ALWAYS explain what they found, what they did and I have NEVER been disappointed and that is why we ALWAYS go back to them. Great customer service! Went in to fix a tire with a nail and mentioned I missed bringing in the car for a tire rotation. The male staff advised will do both work, no problem and because I bought my tires there they did both work without charge. Also the young female staff who checked me out was very prompt and courteous.

Took my car in because tires needed balancing. After I picked up car, steering wheel still shakes at 30 to 40 mph. This is not the first time that I've brought my car in for balancing and it was not done correctly. In the past, I have also brought in my car because my tire was losing air, and after leaving the car there, was called and told they could not find a leak. After tire kept losing air, I brought it back and this time they found a nail in the tire. The quality of your workmanship has certainly gone down hill. You used to be great; now, not so much.

Bought new tires, service was good except they dragged the hose on my front hood and left scuff marks. Thankfully I know how to fix it.

the staff overwhelm you with their friendliness and eagerness to kokua. I was constantly asked if I needed help. Fortunately, Jim Baldauf was my salesperson. He was excellent in hearing what I wanted and preparing the work sheet. And the person who did the final billing was attentive and accurate. A high level of professionalism was witnessed throughout. Now my car drives well, and the new tires provide added safety and security. I'm very satisfied.
