I made an appointment a few days prior for an oil change. I was told it would take up to 45mins to an HR to get done. Which is normal. I dropped off my car 20mins earlier than my appointment. The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. She asked if I would be waiting and I said I was and she pointed me to the waiting room. That's where things went down hill. I waited two hrs to get the oil change on my car and if I didn't go up to the counter the check how much longer it would be. I wonder how much longer I would have been waiting. Not one person checked in with me to tell me they are running behind or it will be taking longer. Not very happy when the rest of the service.

I had to wait over 3 hours just to have a flat tire repaired, I know that it was a busy day but there were a few customers that came in after me and were finished before me. I don't know what kind of work were being done to their cars but come on 3 hours to have flat tire repaired??? Maybe it was because there was no charge for the flat repair. No one came to update me on the status of the job, no one told me how many jobs was ahead of me, I was promised a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait and when I inquired after 2 hours no one could give me an estimate of how much longer. If you give someone an estimated time, you should give the person an update after the time has passed. No one wants to see people who arrive after, leave before they do.
