On Friday, 11/18/16 I went to the Pearl Ridge Lex Brodies to buy 4 new tires for my truck. I left special instructions that I had a flat in the back of the truck and I wanted that to be one of the tires changed. I wanted the left rear tire (my spare) to be put in the back of the truck to serve as my spare. My spare is a BF Goodrich tire in very good condition. My three tires on the truck, including the flat were Michelins tires in poor condition. They changed all 4 tires on the truck and threw one of the old Michelin tires in the back for the spare. Everyone makes mistakes so I informed them of the error and expected them to address the problem immediately, since my job was not done yet. Instead it took over an hour for them to fix the problem. If I had not checked their work, they would have thrown away a perfectly good tire and left me with an old tire for my spare. All I got was "have a good day" at the end and no sincere apology. On the flyer they gave me before I left, there was a note on the bottom to email Scott Williams if I did not receive 5 star service -- and I did on Saturday morning. Since Mr. Williams has not responded to my complaint, I am posting this less than satisfactory review on Yelp. I have no intention of ever visiting a Lex Brodie business again. AMENDED: The response to my email on Saturday was not responded to immediately so I posted this less than satisfactory review. It was incorrectly sent to a incorrect email address. I have amended my review only because Mr. Williams contacted me directly. I am still not satisfied that my problem was not corrected in a timely manner. My appointment was for 9:30 am and the original job was done by 10:30 am. I should have been out of there by 10:30 instead I left well after 11:30am. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone should correct their mistakes in a timely manner. It should not have taken longer to correct the mistake than it did to replace 4 tires.
