This is a very long overdue review but I had to write it because I was impressed with the service at this location of Lex Brodie's. It was the last weekend of the month that my safety inspection was due. I drove to this location and was informed that it was 1-1/2 to 2 hour wait, whereas other service stations I drove to that day were not doing any safety inspections. I waited in their air conditioned customer lounge and 30 minutes later, my vehicle was ready! I have since recommended this location to a number of people.

Made an appointment for tire rotation and balancing. Person I spoke with on the phone was polite. Dropped off my car at the appointment time but had to wait in line for 5-10 mins. Otherwise, service people were polite and efficient, got a call to pick up my car about 9:30 -10a. It was simple and efficient. Thank you.

I left my car at about 2:00 on a Tuesday afternoon and the car was finally done at 6:40. It took a long time, but what's remarkable is that the staff worked well past the ending time (6:00 pm) to finish my car. I was happy that I didn't have to come back the following day. The time that I had to wait attests to the popularity of Lex Brodie's. I will be sure to come back to Lex Brodie the next time I need another tire, except earlier in the day.
