Excellent Service. Appointment in 2 days to get an oil change. Allotted 90min, only took an hour. Waiting room was clean, comfortable, w/ a/c, TV, & free coffee.

#1. I made an appt. for 9:00 a.m. yesterday for an oil change. My car was finished at 1 P.M. Mandy has truly become a friend and does a great job but waiting 4 HOURS was insane. Then I was told not to make an appt. We all have other things to do besides sitting in your freezing waiting room and then moving outside to warm up. This is the first time I've had such shitty service and I've been coming down there for a long time. Also miss Jim mucho. When he was there all worked on time. Guess this is a personal message and not a review. Whatever it was a LONG WAIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just called this past Friday to get a Saturday morning Alignment appointment. I called and spoke to Mia; she was kind gracious and very helpful. Saturday i spoke with Mia and met Cooper who was also very cordial and wanted to make sure all my car needs were attended to. Cooper even stopped to check on me before i left. Great service, great people. Great Job! I'm happy and so is my Honda! Mahalo Nui Mia and Cooper.

Kind people really friendly but went there and my lifted f250 didn't fit on the lift so I was told to go to the one in kahlihi and was told their lift was longer so it might accommodate my truck, arrived at kalihi lex Brodies only to be told that the lift down town was actually longer

Whenever I have an issue or concern with our vehicles, you guys always get us in and taken care of. Everyone is always so helpful.....that's why I keep coming back. Keep it up. Thanks
