Very helpful team and great communicating team! They kept me posted on the status of my oil change and Joey was a great help overseeing and letting me know the needs of my truck, I will definitely bring it back for future services.

I wanted to update my review about Lex Brodie's Kakaako location because their manager has been very good in reaching out to me in order to apologize for the treatment and issue I had on my last visit. I usually can't answer my phone during the day so he emailed me and offered some things to help make up for the frustration I experienced at his shop. This issue I had with his location was a few weeks ago but he's been very good at trying to follow up with me on email. I know sh*t happens and he wasn't there at the time I was having my issue. I just gotta say that it was nice that he's still been trying to reach out to me.

Could have given me better communication re: progress and type of repair to be done. When I called, I did however receive good communication. So far, repair holding up so no complaints.

Honolulu location had great service and great value for your money . I got an oil change with the biosynthetic oil, tire rotation and 40 point Inspection . with my military discount was only 63! They suggest things that you should buy but not pressure. told I would get a quote sent to email for my oil leak still waiting for that . Revised: 2 weeks or less later my radiator light came on because water was low. I believe that's part of the 40 points inspection or it should be . Would have saved me a lot of grief due to the fact I thought it was the battery light so couldn't drive to work for 4 days. It had to be low when inspection was done because it takes a long time for water to go down.

Got new windshield wipers. Price was decent, but had to wait over one hour. They had a waiting lounge with a TV and magazines so waiting for a while wasn't that bad. The people are nice and very helpful. Make sure to get a reservation because this place can get very busy.

I called ahead to find out if they could take me that day to replace my battery. I was told to come in. In spite of a number of "walk-ins" just before I arrived, I was taken care of quickly and courteously.
