My car's indicator light kept telling me "low tire pressures". I had stopped at gas stations to put in air using my tire gauge, but the light still read "low tire pressure". I had gotten tires just a few months prior at Lex Brodie's so I called to make an appointment telling them what I was experiencing. They were as nice as could be. I brought my car in the next morning, dropped it off and walked to my office. They called me within an hour & said they'd filled my tires to the proper pressure & that my car was ready to pick up with NO charge. I felt like a valued customer. I've been taking my cars to Lex Brodie's since the 1970's, and I always will because of their service & quality of product. My sons also sons also take their cars to Lex Brodie's. The indicator light still showed "low tire pressure". I took it to Lex Brodie's and they couldn't have been nicer about checking my tires, filling them with air, and sending me on my way at absolutely NO charge. Wonderful service!

The wait was to long 3.5 hours just to check my alignment and tire rotation. The sales person KCP that checked me in was not friendly and not helpful, he was t busy talking to this lady customer, so I had to talk to another sales person that was very helpful and friendly.

I have been a customer of Lex Brodie for many years, and I have always been pleased and satisfied with the excellent customer service and the quality service of repairs gor my car. My last two visits to Lex Brodie - a month ago and most recent on 03/22/24 - Cooper assisted me on both times. The people were and courteous and informative. I asked the service man about my tires. He looked and checked all four tires and he said I didn't have to replace any of my at this time. In checking me out, the service woman was polite and directed me to the area to pick up my car.

Another great Lex brodie experience! Easy to get in, work done in a timely manor, repairs done expertly, future repairs that will need to be brought to my attention. TYVM!
