I got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon, towed it to Queen Street location and without an appointment the team fit me in. I get my tires changed every 4 years and it was about due, so even though closing at 5 PM, Cooper made it happen at 4:55 pm when I said just give me 4 new tires.

Safety check expired and super CS RAM explained to us that the ipads that are used to relay and retrieve inspection info to the State's database was down due to a failed software update (statewide). We understood our options and opted to complete the inspection and return to LB when notified at a later date. RAM later discovered that the network was accessible so he was able to complete processing and we left with a new safety check sticker on the bumper! RAM was professional throughout. We so appreciate that RAM checked online access while we were still there! Thank you to RAM and the CS ladies! Be blessed!

Took my van to get brakes done due to swooshing air. OK Paid $1300.00+ for rotors and pads. Dropped of van on Wednesday picked up Sunday. Driving home same problem! Returned van on Monday, got a call on Tuesday saying brake booster problem and has to order part from dealer but need to pay a deposit which is the cost for the part. OK Paid $266.00. and it will take about a week. Picked up car on Wednesday. OK Paid $430.00 balance due. Drove home which is straight down the road. NEXT DAY, While driving Thursday, I notice same brake problem and an annoying creaking sound that was not present before. $1900.00+ paid for nothing and more problems!!!
