Very efficient, friendly and affordable.

I scheduled a safety check for 10:30am. I also asked to have my alignment checked. I called a few days later to ask if I dropped off my car at 9am when they opened, if the alignment check could be done before my 10:30am safety check - he said sure. When I showed up, there was no note about my alignment check. The lady checking me in was able to get my alignment checked before my safety check - really appreciated that! Staff was friendly.

I called this morning (8/21/2019) to have my wehicle serviced and safety checked. They were very efficient and friendly upon checking in may have take about 5 minutes. A couple of hours later they called and texted me that my vehicle was completed. I would recommend them for excellant service and attitude.

As a long standing customer I have relied upon LB to provide reliable advice and service for all of my vehicles. Today was no exception as they confirmed my concern that something was wrong, determined the problem, quoted me over the phone and completed all of the repair and tire services the same day. I dropped in without appointment so to be accommodated the same day is really good customer service. It could only get better by estimating more accurately how long it would take.

I was out of town & my husband informed my safety check sticker expired. I called a place we buy tires from but they weren’t doing inspections so I called Lex Brodie’s, my friend’s favorite car shop. BJ told me if I could leave my car they would do it by the end of the day (6 pm). I was surprised when my car was done at 9:30 am. While there, I witnessed the manager handling a complaint—he was so calm & even gave the customer a discount when he didn’t have to in my opinion. I liked the staff & service and plan to return for other services in the future.

I bought a Used Mercedes and asked Kyle many tire questions. I wanted Comfort over Performance. While aligning my rear tires, they discovered the Camber/Caster was adjusted for Aggressive Driving. They explained this to me and adjusted it for regular driving. The car feels better with the tires properly level with the pavement. Yes, I had to wait awhile. I saw complaints about the wait time. They will complain no matter where they went instead of praising them for their excellent work. I called Kyle and thanked them for their Professional Work and choice of tires. I have nothing but Praise for them.
