Made an 8:00 am appointment at the Kaneohe on a Saturday for tire rotation service per sticker reminder, and scheduled A/C service. All service completed by 11:00 am. I've been going to Lex Brodie's since college and have been a loyal customer since! The techs forgot to put reminder sticker for future date of tire rotation, but no biggie. Always great service!

When I had to have my car towed at the end of the day the helpful guys at Lex Brodies made time to check it and give me an idea of what to expect repair wise. They called me the next day with a quote and it was fixed by lunchtime. I have never had to be towed anywhere before and these guys made me feel welcome, educated in what my issues could be, and so fast/efficient. Highly recommend!

I had the greatest experience with Gerald's Team. They communicate very well , friendly and very knowledgeable. He personally called me to let me know the price of the tire to get my approval to move forward. I am grateful that I have Team Gerald managing my Audi needs!

My husband called me at 8am after his 12 hour shift & said his muffler came off his 2007 Pontiac on the H3!SCARY!! He pulled over to rig it back safely & I told him to go to Lex Brodies in Kaneohe. I've had a good experience with them in the past and knew they have Yelp check-in discounts. When he pulled up Kyle Arakaki ,Assistant Mgr, came out to greet him & asked my husband what help he needed. When he said he needed a new muffler, Kyle immediately called around for the part, found it, and within 25 minutes, he had my husband who worked a 12 hr shift back on the road again with a brand new muffler and a 15% Yelp discount! Now THAT'S SERVICE!! Thanks to Kyle, Omy and Hele, you guys rock!

Another awesome encounter with the staff of the Kaneohe Lex Brodie. Been coming here on and off for awhile but I think it will only be Lex Brodie from now on. When I arrived, Kyle greeted me by name and had my quote loaded up in the computer awaiting my signature. This encounter almost didn't happen because the BF Goodrich special they had expired the day before but manager Gerard was kind enough to honor the $60 rebate. I'm so glad he did. My car was done in a little more than 2 hrs and my alignment corrected. I am now rolling on some really nice riding tires. These guys have always been very professional and accommodating and this will always be my tire store. Thanks to Gerard, Kyle, Ben and all the guys who have been helping me all these years.

I recently took my car in for diagnosis for a rattle. They said the rattle came from the water pump that needed replacing. However they were worried that there might be something else wrong and therefore were reluctant to work on it. After some persuasion --and agreeing to take the risk if replacing the water pump did not fix it --Kyle graciously agreed to do it.
