Can't say enough about these guys. Brought my car in with a leaky tire. They found the problem and I needed a new tire. Unfortunately they didn't stock my tire but they went to work and found one elsewhere, sent someone to go fetch it and had it mounted balanced all by the time I got off work. The customer service is exceptional. This company has excellent leadership and a hard working crew of men and women. I will always use Lex Brodies for my tire, oil and break service. Scott you should be very proud of these guys!

They managed to sneak me in for a safety inspection and got it done in 2 hours as promised while I wandered the Kaneohe mall

I drove into Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe with a tire that was literally bulging and ready to blow. They were out of my tire size that day but would not let me drive on that tire for fear that it would blow out and I could be injured or worse. Instead one of the men offered to drive to Honolulu and pick up the tire from the other branch. All of this occurred less than an hour before closing. They got that new tire, rotated mine and I drove out of there so relieved. My husband thanks you, my son thanks you and I thank you very much.

Quick service this morning to have battery checked out (as another company said it needed to be replaced), but was not even 2 years old for a 5 year interstate battery purchased. Lex called to let me know the battery checked out fine & no need for replacement. Car was picked up in timely manner.

I have been coming here for about three years now. It's a great shop with really knowledgeable staff. I have never gotten the vibe that they're trying to scam me. Actually, if anything, the opposite is true. I came in today for an oil change and brake work and was immediately helped by Jordan. He explained an optional repair for my car and thoroughly explained the benefits for this particular fix. His explanation lacked the typical scare tactics used by other places; it was just more informational. Later on he called to update me on the service my car was in for and told me I didn't have to do it for another 6 months. He easily could have pressured me into an up sell and then did an unnecessary repair, but Lex Brodie's is not that kind of shop. I could not have been more impressed by his and his colleagues level of professionalism. Just a great shop!

I came in with a tire that literally had a big bulge on my driver's side tire. It was only one hour to closing time or less. The gentleman that helped me was so gracious. Although they didn't have the tire size I needed for my Honda Fit, the gentleman refused to let me drive out of there on that tire for fear it would blow out and cause an accident if I tried to drive to their other branch that had it. Another gentleman offered to drive into Honolulu and bring back the tire I needed. It was installed, they rotated my tires and got it all done by closing time. I know that those gentlemen saved my life that day. My husband thanks you, my son thanks you and I thank you.

I had a great experience at the Kaneohe Lex Brody. Kyle was very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I needed to change out 4 tires but they also discovered that my brakes were really bad. I was able to do everything in one day despite not being scheduled for all those services originally. I also felt super bad because they finished my car a little early but I didn't pick up my car till 5 minutes before they closed. I thought that they would be super irritated that they had to wait around for us to close shop but we were greeted with smiles. Thanks for taking care of us!
