Ugh. I got a slow leak in a tire. Filled it twice hoping that was not the case, but the low tire pressure light came on again. Wondered who to take it too, then remembered my good experience here. Made an appointment online for after work - it was so easy! Work was done quickly - they found a nail in the tire and were able to patch it - for $20. Really great service here. Mahalo!

Jus wait. *Auntie walks towards truck and then away *CSR walks over to truck CSR - may I help you? Jojo - yeah, there's a screw in my front passenger tire. Can you fix it? CSR - yes, but we may need to keep it overnight. We'll try to get it out before 4, when we close. We're completely booked today. Jojo - ok, I don't mind. *CSR walks to podium with computer. Jojo follows. Auntie follows, then leaves CSR - ok estimate is 22.49$. Have you been here before? Jojo - yes, but it's been a while. CSR - ok we'll call you when it's ready. *Jojo leaves *offstage a phone rings. It's 3:49 pm Jojo - hello? CSR - your truck is ready. Jojo - really?!? I'll be over in 2 minutes. *Jojo arrives at Lex Brodie's Garage. Walks over to podium Jojo - I'd like to use my Yelp check-in offer. CSR - ok, you want me to charge you? Jojo - huh? Yeah can I... *Jojo shows her phone CSR - you can just take it or I can charge you. Jojo - that's it? I can take it? Wow! Thank you! *Jojo jumps into truck and drives off

Normally I write long winded reviews because I like telling stories. But I can be concise too. I noticed that on my yelp feed a yelp friend just checked in here with a flat tire. I forgot to write a review of my own flat tire experiences. Same thing happened to me recently. It was a Costco tire and CC would have fixed it at no charge. But it would have been a long drive and a long wait. I hate dealing with them too. Lex B to the rescue. Friendly fast service and and no wasted time. I used to go to the town side location or Kalihi shop for flat fixes or new tires. Well worth $22 for the friendly convenient repair. I've always had 5 Star experiences with this company.

I went in to get a safety check and was told I could not get one because the last time I was in for an oil change, I was given recommended actions for my car and therefore I needed to take care of those before he would let me get a safety check. One item mentioned was a cv axle. So I left and got a safety check performed down the road in which my car was checked for the actual safety check items and not recommended items. Very disappointed.

I received great service from Kyle & the Kaneohe manager! I’ve used Lex Brodie’s in Kaneohe about 3-4 xs in the last 3 years & ive been very pleased with their professionalism, customer service, military discount and coupons.
