Outstanding service and easy online appointments

I had a screw in one of my tires. The tire was almost new and hadn't gone flat yet. I tried every tire dealer on the Windward side, but the soonest I could get in was a week later. One dealer was ready to just replace the tire, saying it may not be repairable. I called Lex Brodie on Kaneohe and they were able to get me in within a couple days. They were friendly and professional and had the tire was repaired within a very short wait.

A hardworking efficient crew, they got my car back to me the same day even after the job expanded. Worked late with the no complaints and with a can do attitude. A pleasure to do business with

I went back to Lex Brodie with my truck. They took good care and though it was more than a thought it would be, they didn't over charge me or keep the vehicle too long. I think you can trust this location of Lex Brodies.

Manager there was rude, employees seemed afraid of him but can't blame them if he was rude to customers I can imagine how he treats employees. Had an 1:30 appointment for a safety check, was not informed that car had to be left there and that it would take 90 minutes to complete, had to walk home good thing it was only a mile. Waited until 5:00 then tried to call but could not get through until 5:30 when they apologized they forgot to call. My truck was parked outside unlocked. No signage to direct customers.

No signage or what to do or where to go once you arrive there. 1:30 safety check appointment but when I got there they informed me only then that the vehicle had to be left there and it would be 90 minutes to complete, good thing live less than a mile from there so walked home. No call so called at 5 pm because they close at 6 could not get through until 5:30 then was told they forgot to call. Vehicle was parked outside unlocked, seat was moved and radio tuned differently. Pretty disappointed!
