I had a screw in one of my tires and had scheduled an appointment to get the tire fixed. It took nearly 2 hours to get the tire fixed. I still gave them a 4 because the lobby area was comfortable with a chair, a desk area, a spot to plug in and free wifi. I felt safe as everything was well spread out. I didn't use the wifi but there's a sign with all the info there. The staff were all very nice. I was able to answer emails and get some work done without being bothered. So the nearly 2 hours were good productive hours. Happy Holidays, Lex Brodie gang!!

Let me tell you i came here a couples times, this past time .. I tell you such awesome people the receptionist that helped me this past time was so awesome and kind. And i must say FRANKIE who went above and beyond to help me im sure everyone here is awesome but these two i had the pleasure of being helped by this visit were above amd beyond first class people. Thank you very much. And for FRANKIE for making sure he did all he could to help me. He really shared the ALOHA spirit and made me feel taken care of . And the kind and helpful receptionist along with him made me FEEL VERY WELCOMED. Thank you. Will be back. They deserve a raise and lunch!!

while I thought it was Expensive the staff was great and did what they could this was an Emergency. found out it's time to replace the spare.

Dropped off my car in the early morning with no appointment and was able to get car done in one day which is nice with my job and long hours. Had all new tires put on and alignment and oil change. They did a great job and customer service was friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Would highly recommend them and will go back for my future services.

I had a blowout on Friday, Nov 27th on H1. My husband and I took the tire to Lex Broodie at Pearlridge then was greeted by Mandy. Her quick response to our tire, she assisted us in finding our toyo tire. We were in and out in 10 minutes in receivng our new tire. Then proceeded to go back to my car on H1 to fix my tire. With great response and helping us through a stressful time, we appreciated Mandy assisting us during this day. Great service and quick response. It allowed us to go back in during our daily routines.

Decided to go to Lex Brodie’s instead of waiting in the ridiculously long lines at Costco. Made an online appointment the week prior and received fast efficient service when I arrived to drop off my car. My new tires and safety check were completed in less than 2 hours. I went across the street to Pearlridge Mall to pass the time. The Michelin Premier A/S tires I purchased are quieter and smoother riding than my stock tires that came with my car.
